How we measure
- Amount collected is money actually remitted to clients for accounts endorsed to Atlas, net of reversals.
- Recovery rate is amount collected divided by the total balance endorsed in the same period.
- Accounts resolved counts accounts fully paid or settled on an agreed payment plan.
- Days to first payment is the average from endorsement to the first payment received.
